Before joining Chispo, Ms. Aileen Liao has worked as a trademark attorney in a prestigious IP law firm for over 10 years, and has gained reach experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement, including trademark applications, assignment recordal, license agreement recordal, review of refusals, oppositions, invalidation, and administrative litigation. Besides, she is experienced in commercial and infringement investigation, AIC complaint, recordal of copyright and customs.
