Having more than ten years practicing experience; specializing in handling legal issues relating to international trade disputes, TIME industry (Technology, Internet, Media & Entertainment) compliance, real estate development, M&A, disposal and collection of non-performing assets etc., especially those problems arising from the business operation of high technology, internet, media, film and television program enterprises, including negotiation of important projects, consultation on compliance and litigation and arbitration on those complicated disputes; having successfully adviced a number of public listed and industry leading corporates such as Youku Tudou Inc., Phoenix New Media, Sohu, Autohome, Lifestyle Media Group, Inner Mongolia Wanda Group etc.; representing clients in a range of typical lawsuits closely connected with clients business model.

Representative Cases

Youku V.S Kingsoft “Liebao Explorer”, which is the first anti-competition case of internet vedio advertisement block and rules it is illegal for an explorer software to block an vedio website’s contents, including advertisement and we successfully protect our client’s business model in this case;

Phoenix V.S PPTV, which is one of the highest indemnification copyright infringement case in China; 

Youku V.S UC Explorer, in which Beijing court issued the first injunction order in intellectual property disputes and we successfully represented our clients in denying the legality of their business model;

Sohu TV V.S Kanke TV, Morefun, Wanhuatong etc., in which we made complete victory records through our evidence investigation, multidimentional plot, litigation hearing skills and good communication in different provinces；

Reprenting Lenovo Group in a number of projects negotiation with Microsoft, Intel, NBA, China Tennis Association, Paramount, Qualcomm, Nvidia, Nokia, LG, Disney etc;

Representing the shipowner in an oil pollution claim in a sum of RMB 11.7 billion, which is the first oil leakage case after China’s entry of 1992 CLC, participating in the full course of evidence investigation, negotiation and litigating hearing against three Departments of China and thousands claimants;

Assisting Inner Mongolia Wanda Group in dealing with Hai Yang Cheng real estate project, including share transactions, real estate devemopment and contruction disputes etc;

Assist a number of insurance corporates and banking institutions in management, disposal, restructure and collection of non-performing assets. Social activities;
